Child Physical Exercise and Diet

School-info4u.com believe that child physical exercise and diet is really important.

In order for your child to maintain good health it is essential that they engage in challenging activities- this will also offer them an alternative to hanging out on the streets.

Your child is a product of what they eat as well as what they think. So you have to monitor what they put in their body as well as what they put in their mind.

Positive activities can make all the difference to your child’s life. It can increase their confidence and self-esteem and reveal their hidden skills.

Don’t let your child fill his/her days with video games and music channels, when they could be engaging in things that will be much more beneficial to them.

‘The only way to keep your health is to eat what you don't want, drink what you don't like, and do what you'd rather not’. Mark Twain

Indoor activities

You can encourage your child to take up sports like table tennis, basketball, pool/snooker, hockey and badminton.

Outdoor activities

* It’s advisable to kit your child out with the appropriate clothing before you allow them to participate in certain outdoor activities.

Some outdoor activities and sports include: archery, abseiling, archery, basketball, hockey, rock climbing, canoeing, kayaking, raft building, white water rafting, caving, paintballing, zip wires, mountain biking, cycling, karting, skateboarding, rollerblading, hill walks, sailing, rowing, waterskiing, fishing, horse riding, kite building and flying, hot air balloon building, paragliding, camping, shelter building, golf, football, cricket, tennis, rounders/baseball and volleyball.

‘An unfortunate thing about this world is that the good habits are much easier to give up than the bad ones’.
W. Somerset Maugham

‘It is necessary to relax your muscles when you can.
Relaxing your brain is fatal’. Stirling Moss
